Airbus and its Affiliates (also known as, "Airbus", or "we" or "us") appreciate(s) your interest in our products, services and business lines and your use of Airbus Remote Assistance.

Airbus Remote Assistance cannot be assigned to a single business process. Instead, the application can be used in a variety of situations whenever remote collaboration is necessary due to physical separation of Airbus employees, customers and suppliers.

In such a case, a registered user is able to set up a "session" inside the application, either for himself or together with other registered users. Inside a session the participants can communicate via a live audio stream (bidirectional), via a live video stream (unidirectional) or via chat. Besides registered users, non-registered users can be invited to a session via a link that can be generated by a registered user in a running session.
